SHW, on behalf of CT Property Growth & Income Fund ICVC, has let Unit 3 Buckingham House, Longfield Road in Tunbridge Wells to Adler & Allan Limited.
The environmental risk reduction specialists, supporting its customers on ESG, sustainability and CSR journeys, have taken the refurbished 8,281 sq ft industrial/warehouse unit on a new 10-year lease at an annual rent of £95,000.
