The sale has enabled the charity to invest the proceeds in upgrading the existing facility to provide the best care possible. Surveyor Harry Speed said: "We began marketing this site in the Winter of 2019, unsurprisingly it received a good market response. Terms were agreed for a sale which included a delayed completion to help facilitate our client's relocation and subdivisional works. The client was delighted with the result which will ensure the long-term success of the facility. We are now very pleased to have found a new owner who will likely repurpose this site for residential units."
