The industrial market along the south coast continues to show strong growth.
The increase in demand from distribution companies coupled with the existing lack of available stock has seen rents continue to rise. SHW recently completed a rent review showing 30% growth on one of Worthing's best estates where we have advised the landlords for almost 20 years.
