SHW win major Grange Property Management tender

SHW Building Consultancy have been successful in bidding to conduct insurance reinstatement cost assessments for 230 residential and retirement housing schemes on behalf of Grange Property Management. The properties are predominantly situated across the south of England and are currently being inspected and assessed as part of a four-year project.
SHW already provide a variety of services for Grange, including cyclical maintenance, repair work, defect reports and fire risk assessments.
Property Services Manager Chris Bath said: "Grange Property Management welcomes the opportunity to work with SHW once again on this project which will further enhance our working relationship."
SHW Building Surveyor Harry Beyer said: "Building on our existing relationship, we are pleased to have won the tender against a number of other firms providing yet more great service."
