However, our teams are also instructed on a wide variety of projects and properties across the UK for Funds, Propcos and other entities.
In 2019 our teams have been called upon to Make Property Work on hundreds of projects from Aberdeen to Yeovil, and many places in between, here is a small sample:
- Building Consultancy: Pre-acquisition surveys in Nottingham; project management of a large-scale roof renewal in Derbyshire; dilapidations, Warrington. Planned maintenance surveys Belfast, Glasgow and Liverpool among many others.
- Commercial Property Management: We service over half a million sq ft of offices and trade park space across six UK locations for First Property Group including Redditch, Westerham, Southampton and Woking as well as portfolios for other funds and investors.
- Lease advisory: Booker Warehouse, Yeovil, c.30,000 sq ft warehouse rent review on behalf of freeholders.
- LPA Receivership: 19,600 sq ft development site, Sheffield; 16,000 sq ft boatyard, Thames Ditton; former guest house to residential conversion, Bridlington, 12,000 sq ft.
- Business Rates: Advice to one of the major automotive groups in the UK, providing service to 70 showrooms nationally, as far afield as Bristol, Dartford, Worcester and Cardiff.
- Residential Property Management: We manage 82 AST properties for Day Lewis pharmacies located from Cornwall to Yorkshire. Having one managing agent provides a clearer picture of income and expenditure, one point of contact and competitive management fees due to volume.
- Valuation: CGT / HMO portfolio valuations in Doncaster, Bristol and Reading, among many other visits by our 29 registered valuers.
