10,000 sq ft industrial sale - Worthing
SHW Business Space have completed the sale of Unit 9, Thorgate Road, Littlehampton to a specialist carbon fibre manufacturer for the aerospace, automotive and other hi-tech sectors.
The 9,907 sq ft premises including ground and first floor office space was sold for the guide price.
