Industrial sale in New Addington, Croydon
Acting on behalf of a private landlord, SHW have sold the HTZ Building on Vulcan Way, New Addington to South East Bakery - a leading supplier of bakery products in South East London.
The premises were previously occupied by HTZ who have since moved to East Grinstead. The unit provides for 13,000 sq ft. of warehousing on a 0.6 acre site.
Local occupiers include the likes of Alliance Healthcare, Centronic, G.Miccoli & Sons, Adams Aviation and Angell Welding & Fabrications to name a few.
Sam Baly of SHW commented "freehold warehouses for owner occupiers are a rarity in the local market at present and with current vacancy rates at sub 4%, this deal underpins the rise in prices being achieved in South London and Surrey."
