Awesome sites required for Awesome Chips
Awesome Chips currently have outlets in Wood Green, London and Leicester, and are now seeking numerous locations in major cities across Southern England.
The desired criteria includes:
• High footfall areas
• Minimum 16' internal width
• A5 use (PP will be applied for)
• Gas supply essential
• Sales area approx. 400 sq ft
• Market rent paid
• Storage 250-400 sq ft • New leases preferred (can be remote)
Awesome Chips - which just sells Belgian twice-fried chips with 30 plus sauces and powders - is the idea of Roni Dalal who created Zumo Juice bar before selling the chain.
Roni says: "The first two shops are trading superbly and that the recognition of the brand through its logo and yellow cones is growing strongly."
