How we do it
The process of extending your lease or buying your freehold involves calculating several sets of values to arrive at the level of premium that should be payable to the freeholder. The team has 6 valuers registered with the Leasehold Advisory Service who are also members of the Association of Leasehold Enfranchisement Practitioners (ALEP). Our dedicated team of surveyors advise both landlords and occupiers ensuring all our clients get the most from their lease agreement.
