  • Diversity and Inclusion: Creating a workplace where everyone feels valued and respected, regardless of their background. Encouraging and celebrating differences as one and amplifying voices through our employee-led DEI group and inclusive policies.

  • Community Engagement: Investing in local communities through our CSR volunteer programs, education initiatives, and charitable contributions.

  • Employee Well-being: We ensure a safe, healthy, and supportive work environment for all our employees through employee-led events and trained mental health first aiders in all offices. We also aim to increase awareness of well-being through live virtual training working in partnership with Lionheart.

 

We Listen to the needs of our planet and the voices advocating for environmental protection. By actively engaging with stakeholders, we identify key areas where we can reduce our environmental impact. Our initiatives include:

  • Carbon Footprint Reduction: As a Planet Mark member*, we have committed to continuously reviewing our business operations and encouraging lower-carbon travel methods. We are working in partnership with our suppliers to reduce our carbon footprint and achieve a 2.5% reduction in our baseline carbon data** year on year.

  • Sustainable Resource Management: Promoting recycling, waste reduction, and sustainable sourcing of materials championed by an office representative from our Green Committee.

 

We Deliver our promise of ethical and transparent governance to uphold integrity and accountability:

  • Ethical Business Conduct: We are committed to helping our clients by championing best practices, providing solutions, and providing expert property guidance to support sustainability goals. As members of RICS, we adhere to a strict code of ethics, the RICS Rules of Conduct.

  • Transparency and Accountability: We strive to provide transparent and honest reporting on our ESG performance and progress. In our first year, we undertook an SECR report to give a clear picture of our energy use, committing to achieving Net Zero by 2050 and ensuring third parties verify our data.

  • Risk Management: As a member of the UN Global Compact UK, we are committed to its Ten Principles. We align our goals and targets with the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals to identify and mitigate potential ESG-related risks.
