Andrew Pollard:
Andrew Pollard has been providing property services to clients since 1984 and leads the team at the Kingston-upon-Thames office.
A Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a RICS appointed Arbitrator on rent review disputes and a Registered Valuer, Andrew has around 40 years’ experience in all aspects of commercial property, in Kingston upon Thames and the surrounding area. |
Ian Campbell:
Ian is an associate in the Lease Advisory and Retail Agency teams with over 40 years of experience in the field.
Ian acts predominantly for Landlords in respect of lease renewals, rent reviews and regears, both in the Out of Town and High Street markets. Over the past four decades Ian has maximised the value of various client’s property portfolios, who currently include Columbia Threadneedle, Peel Investments and Freshwater, amongst others.
Working directly for clients including the Lords Group of Companies and Cats Protection, Ian has also been instructed to acquire both retail and industrial warehouse space for their operational use. Since 2008, Ian has been a member of the RICS Panel of Arbitrators and Independent Experts, and regularly receives appointments to resolve rental disputes on a variety of properties across England and Wales in both capacities. |
