Replacement Unit in Andover

We were engaged to assist with the urgent demolition of the dangerous structure and design of a new, modern, replacement building. Our proposal was to create a high-quality, attractive replacement building to make more efficient and effective use of the site, whilst meeting the requirements of two separate clients with differing needs.

We proposed numerous configurations and options to find the best fit for the two clients optimising the usable area and looking at differing eaves heights to give the required volume. The new design is also an uplift on the original building in terms of energy efficiency, thermal performance and sustainability.
