Project
The exterior envelope of the building is made from a combination of brick and zinc and large elements of glazing to optimize daylight within the teaching spaces. The 6 new classrooms feature MVHR units ensuring the spaces provide an excellent teaching environment.
The LRC, located on the first floor, benefits from a high vaulted ceiling that follows the slope of the roof and creates a light and airy feel to the space. Balconies overlook the green playing fields, providing students with a peaceful outdoor space to read and relax. Inside, the LRC features different zones including a cozy reading corner with floor-to-ceiling bookshelves and circular seating. Students and teachers alike have commented on how the new building has improved the students learning experience.
