Graduate Surveyor
SHW South London
We are recruiting for a Graduate Surveyor to provide assistance to the busy and pro-active Agency team covering South London, South West M25 and South East M25 with a particular focus on Office Agency. The role will include the marketing of office space to let and for sale and will encompass report writing, producing marketing materials, undertaking viewings and negotiating with parties. There will also be supporting work such as research of the market, compiling statistics and drafting enquiry schedules. The role requires a focused, enthusiastic, and determined Graduate Surveyor with the ability to use own initiative and work in a team environment. A confident manner, meeting and communicating with Landlords, Developers and Tenants. The ability to demonstrate problem solving and prioritising workload to meet tight deadlines by scheduling time and focusing on the most important tasks with daily accountability. The role requires attendance in the office 5 days a week to engage and participate with the team, ensuring thorough training is carried out. Office attendance will predominantly be to the SHW South London office in Croydon, with occasional travel to other SHW offices.
