The diary of a serviced office deal

SHW were recently approached by a financial services company to help them find a serviced office. This is the diary of that transaction.
Day 1
An initial meeting to take the brief, which can be summarised as:

Budget
We tend to leave budget to last because understanding the why’s and the where’s allows us to inform the client as to what to expect budget wise.
Following the meeting, we started to put together an initial schedule of available spaces that met the requirements.
Day 2 / 3
We created a schedule setting out the availability and costs of the available serviced offices within the defined geographic parameters and issued this to our client.
The client understandably took a few days to review before asking us to arrange a viewing tour.
Day 6
We arranged a viewing tour of 5 serviced offices over the course of a couple of hours. We accompanied our client to ensure that they were well looked after and so that we could answer any questions they might have.
Again, our client took a couple of days to review the tour before following up.
Following the tours, we received proposals from the Serviced Office Provider on each space. These contained the costs of the space and what is included in the package. We reviewed the proposals and sent these over to our client with a summary on each option, highlighting any points we thought they should be aware of.
Day 9
Following a review of the proposals, our client asked us to investigate the best possible deals available at 3 serviced offices. Part of the requirement was a delayed start for the end of August.
Day 10
We provided the client with confirmation that the delayed start would not be a problem with the preferred serviced offices. We set out the best terms available following several calls with each serviced office provider.
Day 12
The client identified their preferred choice and asked us to secure this particular serviced office. We arranged for a contract to be sent to our client within the next couple of days to ensure we secured the preferred serviced office.
Day 14
The transaction completed!
Our client provided a months rent deposit and signed a 5 page contract within a couple of hours of receipt.
In just two weeks, SHW identified and helped our client complete on a transaction on favourable terms to secure a new office.
