SHW Secures Planning Permission for New Medical Centre in Lambeth

Full planning permission has today been secured from Lambeth Council for the proposed change of use of these premises to provide a much-needed medical centre.
Although the premises were most recently used as a neighbourhood housing office by a Hyde Housing Association, the planning permission which allowed that use was personal to the applicants. This meant that once the housing association had ceased to operate out of the building, the lawful use of the premises automatically reverted to the earlier sui generis use - which in this instance was a motorcycle dealership.
