SHW was instructed to value several industrial properties for probate purposes in Dorking, Surrey.



In a town where industrial evidence can be scarce, SHW was well placed to advise having already been instructed to market one of the properties, a 9,450 sq ft industrial unit, as well as having acted on lease advisory matters on the other units and achieving a recent rent increase of a unit let to Kwik Fit.
