A wide breadth of knowledge across all aspects of commercial property although less specialised knowledge when compared to specific departments.

3 years at the company and was supported through the APC process. Recently promoted to senior surveyor.

How did you get into the industry?

Decided to get into property after conversations with friends and family who are or have worked in the industry.

What are your qualifications?

MSc in Real Estate

What do you like most about your job?

Seeing things through from start to finish and able to see that my role has added value which adds to job fulfilment.

Pinnacle of your career to date?

Career is still young but probably most significant point was becoming qualified.

Favourite/most challenging project to date?

Producing an interim service charge budget for a building which was being split into two units from one was interesting.

Best advice you have ever been given?

To try and keep everything in perspective of the bigger picture.
