St James’s office space now available following full refurbishment
The 4th floor at 27 Queen Anne's Gate, located between St James' tube and park, is now ready for occupation following a comprehensive refurbishment
SHW London Building Consultancy (BCD) team was tasked with transforming the office space, with works including:
- New metal suspended ceiling
- New LED lighting
- New Amtico flooring
- New meeting room
- New kitchen
- New shower to the 4th floor
The 2,223 sq ft office space is available to let, with SHW as retained agent, along with 2,063 sq ft of studio space on the lower ground floor.
Mano Georgiou, Building Surveyor in SHW’s BCD team, says: “Queen Anne’s Gate is a great example of multiple service lines working together within SHW. Alongside our office agency team – retained as letting agent for the building – and the work within our building consultancy team, our Commercial Property Management team manages the building, our Valuation team has valued the investment and Tarniah Thompson, our Head of FM and Sustainability has been involved in the ESG side.”
SHW’s London Commercial Property Management (LCPM) team are responsible for the day-to-day management of 27 Queen Anne’s Gate which includes rent collection, service charge administration and facilities management, having acted in this capacity for nearly 10 years. LCPM are the 'central hub' through which communications are fed, whether this be between Landlord and Tenant and/or Landlord and SHW property services.
