Warfield House is a substantial Grade II Listed Georgian Mansion situated within extensive grounds, first built in 1702 and reconstructed in 1760 after it was demolished in a fire.
We were engaged by an International Client for our expertise to Design and Project Manage an extensive restoration and refurbishment programme, conducting sympathetic repairs to the structure where needed.
The value of the building refurbishment and repairs project amounted to a sum in excess of £7m, and a further £7m was spent on the provision of high quality fixtures and fittings.
