All-Weather Sports Complex

For this project we produced concept designs and were appointed Project Managers, working alongside a specialist Sports Consultant to deliver a high quality, all-weather outdoor sports complex.
We created 2 all-weather pitches, one of which is a professional size football/rugby pitch and the other a full-size hockey pitch, with hi-tech LED floodlighting for school and community use. Both are fully accredited facilities which meet the strict design and playing requirements of FIFA and the IRB.
4G pitches are high quality, specialist facilities that are capable of being used up to 10 times more than natural outdoor grass surfaces, enabling schools to teach the sports’ curriculum throughout the year. The introduction of all-weather pitches can have a significant impact on the school’s quality of teaching and sporting achievements in field games. Investment in good quality all-weather pitches can create huge benefits and opportunities for schools and the community alike. The generation of additional income through community use is essential to meet the higher cost of maintenance and appropriate management of the facilities.
